This may include passing your details to our vendors for them to send your order to you, and also passing your details to delivery companies so that they can deliver your parcel.

This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. UNSOLICITED COMMERCIAL EMAIL / SPAM

We will not send any unsolicited commercial email (also known as spam) to personal email addresses and all marketing emails will include details of how to opt-out / unsubscribe.

 

SECURITY

We take precautions to protect its customers' information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

When our registration/order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as your credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software currently available in the industry - SSL, with full PCI DSS compliance provided by our payment gateway.

SAFE USE AND PRODUCT CARE

SAFETY IS OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY

  • The gas inside our Cream Chargers & Canisters is Nitrous Oxide. Inhalation of Nitrous Oxide carries a risk of serious health consequences. The risks of such misuse include narcosis, asphyxiation and potentially, death.

  • If you are burnt by freezing N2O, you must immediately seek medical advice. A N2O burn can cause deep tissue damage which is not immediately obvious at the time of injury

  • The 0.95L (580g) Canisters must be used with the Pressure regulator and adapter hose (sold separately). away from the sun and only in room temperature (50C max temperature). Keep out of reach from children

  • All of our products must only be used for culinary purposes. We have a policy of not selling Goods to any person whom we believe may be under 18 years of age or whom we believe may misuse the Goods.

  • 0.95L Cylinders contain Nitrous Oxide (E942) under high pressure. Please only use with the certified products as shown in guidelines to avoid any injuries.

  • Do not remove the cream dispenser head if there is still gas inside. Always release remaining pressure from the cream dispenser before refilling it again. Make sure to hold the cylinder during use.

Whipped Cream Chargers supplied from this website must only be used for the preparation of food. The cream chargers contain a gas called Nitrous Oxide that can be abused in the same way that glue or solvents are. In order to combat this we require that any customer purchasing our products confirm they are aware of the issues and will make every effort to prevent our products from being misused. Also we issue this warning if we suspect that you intend to misuse our products, we will refuse to sell any equipment to you. We will also refuse to do business with you in the future and your account (name, addresses etc) will be barred.

It is an Offence to sell cream whipping chargers for the purpose of inhalation. The risks of such misuse include narcosis, asphyxiation and potentially, death. Keep out of reach of children. We will not sell to anyone under the age of 18. We require confirmation of your age when you create an account with us.
